ATP's Management Team

Its members bring to ATP an invaluable combination of business and technical expertise in the Technology Sector.

Peter Ambrekovic: CEO and the companyÆs corporate visionary. Mr. Ambrekovic holds a BS in Economics from Zagreb University in Croatia. Mr. Ambrekovic comes from technical, project management and consulting roles at MediaMania, Multimedia Lab, Adobe and Forte Group (Holland). He is applying his extensive technical knowledge and experience in international software development to the handling of ATP's operations and technical sales support.

Henry Diamond Esq.: CFO, received his Juris Doctor from Southern New England School of Law, and did undergraduate studies at Rhode Island College, University of Denver and the University of Caen. He holds a BS Management and Economics. Mr. Diamond has over 14 years of experience in investment banking and was a registered principal in the securities industry. Mr. Diamond most recently has been a principal with Dupont Securities Group in New York. Mr. Diamond currently sits on the board of ATP.

Chad Huemme: COO. Mr. Huemme received a BA in Marketing Management and a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Westminster College and MBA (Finance) from Northeastern University. Mr. HuemmeÆs 18 year track record in senior management includes positions in: sales and marketing, operational logistics, MIS/IT, human resources, project/program management, product development, and finance has included management roles at Lotus Development, Logistix, Mathsoft, KAO Infosystems, and On-Demand Solutions, Inc. Mr. Huemme was instrumental in the sale of On-Demand Solutions to CMGI, which has ownership interests in a diverse set of businesses delivering Internet solutions such as Lycos, Inc., Geocities, as well as majority-owned subsidiaries in the direct marketing, fulfillment and turnkey areas. Mr. Huemme is a featured speaker at various seminars and conferences in the information technology.

Davor Roglic: Digital Video Software Division Manager. Mr. Roglic brings technical expertise in DV software and new product development. Mr. Roglic holds a BS degree in Computer Science and has made numerous significant contributions in the software product design area.

Damir Mikoc: Internet Software Division Manager. Mr. Mikoc brings technical expertise in Internet software and new product development. Mr. Mikoc holds an MS degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. Before joining Advanced Technology Partners, Mr. Mikoc was Assistant Professor at FER University.
